How to Paint a Robot That Is Trying Not to Be Noticed

Give it slightly smaller posture and less certainty.

A robot that is trying not to be noticed does not hide. This robot remains visible but reduces its presence. The posture is slightly smaller than necessary. Not collapsed, just cautious. It occupies space without asserting it. There is no attempt to attract attention, but also no clear attempt to leave.

The robot is aware of its surroundings and chooses to interfere as little as possible.

It’s confidence has been lowered, not removed entirely. Too little confidence would look like failure. This robot still functions and probably still has a massive ego, it just doesn’t want to be seen in the crowd. It simply prefers not to be central. If it feels like the robot could disappear without anyone commenting on it, then the balance is right.

Many of my robots are trying to not be noticed. I love a good side eye on a robot. Maybe this just suggests mischief, you'll have to have a look around here and www.instagram@vikoi1 to see what you think!
