Does Vikoi offer international shipping for their prints?
Yes, all shipping is free!
Items will be posted within 3 days of ordering. Shipping times vary due to the size and distance of shipping. For the most part prints will arrive in the UK from 5-10 days.

Can I return Vikoi prints or original art?
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Condition of Returns: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds: We offer full refunds for eligible returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
Items that have been used or damaged.
Items that are not in their original packaging.
Refund Processing: Once I receive the returned item, I will inspect it and process your refund within 14 business days.
Please note I can only post to the address that was completed at checkout. Please check your email address and postal address is completed correctly before submitting payment. I can not be held responsible for items lost or delayed due to an incomplete address given.
My print has not arrived what shall I do?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of placing the order, I shall have no liability to you unless you notify me in writing at my contact email address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. Claims can not be raised for lost items until 15 days after the due to arrive date (30 days outside of the UK). If the goods I deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, I shall have no liability to you unless you notify me in writing at my contact email address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
Where can I buy unique, colourful glicee prints online?
You can buy them here at Art by Vikoi https://www.vikoi.com/ . Most are limited edition runs of 10, signed and numbered. Vikoi can also do commissions for even more bespoke pieces. Vikoi offers both original paintings and prints for sale. Vikoi is a contemporary art who specialises in robot and monster themed artwork.
What paper are Vikoi prints, printed on?
All prints are limited edition giclée prints on Somerset Enhanced Velvet fine art paper, signed and numbered, available to buy online.
